Bachelor Degree USTC Fellowship 2025 in Hefei China
Hefei, China – The University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) is pleased to announce the opening of its Fellowship Program for international undergraduate students. This program offers two levels of support, providing financial assistance and a welcoming environment for students seeking to pursue their undergraduate studies at a leading Chinese university.
USTC, renowned for its strong emphasis on science and technology, offers a diverse range of undergraduate programs across various disciplines. The USTC Fellowship provides two levels of support:
- Level A: This comprehensive package includes a tuition waiver, comprehensive medical insurance, a monthly stipend of 2,500 RMB, and an accommodation subsidy.
- Level B: This level provides a tuition waiver, allowing students to pursue their studies without the burden of tuition fees.
Applicants can apply for either one or both levels of the fellowship. USTC will evaluate applications and determine the appropriate level of support based on the applicant’s qualifications and academic achievements.
To be eligible, applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport, in good health, and under 30 years old by September 1st, 2025. Applicants must have passed the new HSK Level 5 or provide proof of studying at a high school where the teaching language is Chinese. They must also hold a high school diploma or equivalent by July 2025.
The application period is from October 20th, 2024, to March 31st, 2025. Interested students can apply online through the USTC Application System (https://ic.ustc.edu.cn/en/admission.php).
Required application documents include an application form, passport copy, notarized copies of high school transcripts, HSK certificate (or proof of Chinese language proficiency), a Foreigner Physical Examination Form, and a recommendation letter.
